Ninette has a bachelor degree from Université de Montréal: Major un psychology and a certificate of investigation.
She is an Integral Reflexology Practitioner for almost twenty years now.
She is certified in hypnotherapy from the American school, The National Guild of Hypnotists, since 2011.

She helps various clients, especially, the pregnant women so they have shorter time of delivery and less fear and pain.
She also helps babies and children to calm down and have better sleep.
The elderly have better coordination of movements and less pain.

As a volunteer, she gave workshops and sessions to people with addictions and moderate mental health difficulties.

She uses different relaxation techniques, and helps her clients to make changes in their lives or achieve their goals .
