Dear therapist, we thank you for the attention you pay to our organisation.

With more than 2000 competent members from multiple horizons, the ANQ is one of the most important associations of alternative therapists in Quebec.

With his/her annual membership fee, each member increases the association’s capacity to promote naturotherapy, in addition to support the creation of multiple services useful for the profession.

Before completing the application form, we invite you to consult our many sections, including the Admission criteria and Schools recommended sections. Indeed, the application fee is not refundable if your training does not meet the admission criteria.

If your training school is not listed, we may accept your training after verification. In this case, please contact us.

Filling out the form online

The online form will allow you to pay your annual fee with PayPal or by credit card. First of all, make sure you have all the required information on-hand: personal and professional contact information, areas of expertise and information on your training schools, your diplomas and/or your pertinent transcript of records in digital format.

Professional Information
